Chinese
We’re finally getting around to getting some links up here. As we’ve been learning Chinese we’ve searched quite bit for good online sites to help in our study. We found many sites...some are very good and many are not that great. I guess the reason for putting these up is help narrow down some of the choices if you’re interested in studying, or just curious about Chinese. These are a few that we like right now.
One of our new favorites. This is a great all around site that has a set up like a text book. It has around 50 lessons, each including a dialogue and audio, short reading, vocab, grammar, and practice questions.
Another decent site with some dialogues with audio, vocab, and grammar. A good site for a crash course before coming to China to get the basics.
Similar to China-8 but a quite a few more lessons.
Good site with some dialogues that include audio and video.
This site has a nice Chinese-English-Pinyin Bible software, some songs and other references.
One of my favorite programs. This is free software available for Windows and Mac that includes a flash card program, annotator, and Chinese-English dictionary.
This is another great flash card program compatible with learning any language. This is also free but only available for Mac.
